When will my order be delivered?
As all Blue Pet Co’s orders are delivered by a 3rd party courier service, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. However, once your order has been shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email so you always have the most up-to-date delivery information.
Our Guarantee & Returns
30-Day Money Back Guarantee We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident trying Blue Pet Co. If you’re not satisfied with your first Wellness Plan delivery, contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
It’s our aim at Blue Pet Co to make returning an item as easy as possible. If you’re not completely satisfied with an item that you have purchased from our website, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please contact customer care by email at [email protected] for return authorisation form. Please note that Blue Pet Co is not responsible for return postage or lost or undelivered items.
Once we receive the returned products, we will inspect and process them for a refund. A refund will automatically be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the products. Please allow 30 days for your refund to be processed and appear back in your account.

Returning an item purchased from a stockist
Please contact the stockist that you purchased from directly for their returns policy. We do not process refunds from purchases from retailers.
