30 Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your product purchase you may contact us to claim a refund if your purchase order was in 30 days or less from the time of purchase. To complete your refund, we require your order number and proof of purchase. Our refund policy only extends to purchases completed on www.bluepetco.com. Please do not return your purchase back to us.
Refunds & Credits
We handle all refund policy questions and claims by email. Once your refund claim has been received and reviewed, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original your bank / credit card or method of payment used to complete the original transaction. We do not accept refunding an alternative payment method (credit card). If you wish to receive a store credit in the equivalent value of the original purchase we can add credits to your account for a future purchase.
Late or missing refunds
Once we process a refund, please note it can take up to 10 business days for a refund to be credited and appear on your card. If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank / credit card account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if you want to return an unopened item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Statutory Right to Withdraw
Our Blue Pet Co Money-Back Guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a legal right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This right is separate from, and does not reduce, our Money-Back Guarantee. To submit a statutory withdrawal notice, please complete our withdrawal form here. Opened or unsealed products are not normally returned to us unless we specifically ask you to return them.
