We offer free shipping for all Wellness Plan members and orders over €/£35 in Ireland and the UK.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 business days from the date the order is placed and payment is confirmed.
When will my order be delivered?
All Blue Pet Co. orders are delivered by third-party courier services, so we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, so you can follow the most up-to-date delivery status directly.
Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 6 business days from the date the order is received and payment is confirmed. Where no specific delivery date or delivery period has been agreed, Blue Pet Co. will deliver the order without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date the order is accepted, unless otherwise agreed with the customer or where delays occur outside Blue Pet Co.’s reasonable control.

If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout so our team can review your request.
Where a refund is approved under the Blue Pet Co. Money-Back Guarantee, we will process it to the original payment method where possible. Please allow time for the refund to be processed and appear back in your account, depending on your payment provider.
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed products are not normally sent back to Blue Pet Co., unless they are faulty or we specifically ask you to send them back.
Statutory Right to Withdraw
The Blue Pet Co. Money-Back Guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
If you are a customer in the EU or UK, you may have a legal right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This right is separate from, and does not reduce, the Blue Pet Co. Money-Back Guarantee.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact our support team with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Where you are entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law, Blue Pet Co. will provide the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, refund, or another remedy required by law.
Products purchased from a stockist, retailer or distributor
If you purchased a Blue Pet Co. product from a stockist, retailer, distributor, wholesale partner, or other third-party seller, please contact the place of purchase directly.
Blue Pet Co. can only process refunds for orders placed directly through www.bluepetco.com. Purchases made through stockists, retailers, distributors, wholesale partners, or other third-party sellers are handled by the place of purchase, in line with their own customer support process, commercial terms, and applicable consumer rights requirements.
